A rice cooker — if you’ve never used one, you don’t know what you’re missing. Sure you can make rice pretty easily in a pot, but being able to just pour in your rice and water, walk away, and come back to perfect rice is so sweet.
The inside of the rice cooker is nonstick and it comes with a rice-scooping spatula and a measuring cup. It has a button for white rice and a button for brown rice, but it can also steam basically anything! I also have this rice cooker and truly use it every other day.
